    The company offered me a full product refund due to shipping issues, which I accepted, and then asked for payment when my products finally arrived. I did not agree to pay for product should it magically arrive. I would have not accepted the refund if this was a condition of the refund. I also over paid for jewelry, which I found on Etsy for $20, and for $120 from body art forms I expected AAA grade stone. The jewelry looked like it was $20.. disappointing all around and now they are asking me for money they willingly refunded. I will also not be spending my own time or money to ship back product. The company did not state this was a condition of the refund should product arrive. The package initially went out for delivery in the wrong city.

    Unfortunately we can't control shipping issues once they leave our warehouse. It did appear as though the carrier lost the package on this large order (over $200). The customer did order a 2nd order which did arrive. They were unsatisfied with the quality of one of the pieces of jewelry and wanted a refund on it. It was at this time they told us the original order did indeed arrive.

    It was at this point we felt it was fair to request that the original order be paid for since it did indeed arrive. The customer did not feel it was fair to pay for the order they received after we had issued a refund on it. At this time of responding to this BBB complaint the original order was received for "free" as it was refunded. So essentially they have received two large (over $200) orders for the cost of one at the time of this response ($450 worth of jewelry for the 2nd orders payment of $250).

    As for the complaint with the quality of jewelry from our store versus Etsy. Every single brand/manufacturer hand makes jewelry differently, has different costs, etc. And that cost is passed down to us. So if we charge $120 to sell *** stone plugs, it's due to the fact of what we had to purchase them for. We're not purposefully trying to price ***** our customers. But if we buy something for significantly more than $20 (which in this case with the *** jewelry we did), we can't turn around and sell it at a loss for $20.
