    Here is the diagnosis for the female confetti schnauzer bought on labor day at the ********** tx location her name is *****. Enclosed are the issues ***** has and the associated cost her knees bend the wrong way all four the documents have the official terms but her knees are hereditary and since birth the kennel cough is under treatment and also lised on invoice. My family and I love ***** and want her to continue to thrive and recover and heal with us but you did sell a puppy with defects so I expect restitution for this error and I am in the process of getting an estimate for her surgery and I expect you to be responsible for her surgery recovery and vaccination i have sent messages to you via messenger in ******** with no response and if you don't comply with our request I will file legal charges for breach of contract and I will utilize all options to see that Penny's health has been properly done and I know if I return her you will probably euthanize her because she is not profitable but she is worth more than gold and I expect you to act accordingly and resolve this without haste. This serves as your initial receipt of claim.

    On Oct 21, 2023, I purchased a male mini dachshund from Furever Pets. Before adoption, I had noticed the dog had some congestion. I specifically asked before purchase if the dog was sick and was told by the employee it was normal to have sniffles sometimes. AFTER purchase, his medical records were shared showing he was battling an upper respiratory infection for most of his young life. We took him to the vet on 10/24/23 where he was given very light/mild antibiotics because the vet was concerned he would not be able to handle anything stronger due to only being 2lbs at the time. Antibiotics did not work and we had to go back to the vet on 11/7. At this point the vet ran a full blood panel and chest X-rays that confirmed he had severe pneumonia and also tested positive for bordatella. He was put on another round of antibiotics. The total for the second vet visit was $638.46. I have asked the business to reimburse me for that invoice as we were knowingly sold a sick dog that would have died without treatment. This also had an impact on our daily lives: have had to keep him isolated to not spread his illnesses to my other dogs; have had to take unplanned time off for multiple vet appointments (this continued after the 2nd visit - he had to go to the vet 2 other times for the same issue that I am not asking for reimbursement for); we had to pay for vaccines he already had because the illness postponed his vaccine schedule; etc. I have reached out to the business several times to resolve this through reimbursement of that 2nd invoice to which they have only offered 50%. If we were to consider these living animals as products, then I was knowingly sold a broken product and they are practicing business in bad faith. If we consider them to be the living creatures they are, then they are not taking care of the animals very well as full blown pneumonia is not the sniffles. Its abuse to have allowed him to get that sick.

    Realizamos una compra de 2 cachorros en financiamiento , nos dijeron que la primera visita al veterinario ellos la cubran ya fuese medicamento control anomalas de salud etc , nos toc llevarlos de urgencias el 10 de Dic nos dijeron que al parecer venan con un problema respiratorio . Al pasarle la factura para recibir el reembolso no nos han respondido siempre ponen una excusa .
