****** partnered company didnt register my A/C units with the manufacturer resulting in only a 5 year warranty versus the promised 10 year warranty.

After researching our service history at the above mentioned address, the first time we went out to service the **** System was August 21, 2024. We have no record of ever being there previously. However, our digital recording process began in 2018, and this states that we have not maintained this System for the past 6 years. If the System isn't maintained then the Manufacture will refuse to honor warranty. As far as the registration status, we do process registrations as courtesy, if this was overlooked it is ultimately the homeowners responsibility. We do sympathize with the frustration and if there is anything we can do to assist you, please let us know.
