      Pool was contracted to be re-plastered in late September. The drove where I told them not to in the back yard when it was so hard and backed up onto my drive to my shed - when I gave strict instructions to stay off of the drive and where EXACTLY to go because it was so dry. They didn't listen to any of my instructions and cracked my drive in two different places in two different sections of the back driveway. Then I had a pool leak repaired by someone else and I was helping with the testing. We were putting in plugs in all of the returns. They ALL sounded hollow around the return, so they WILL delaminate. I brought this to *****'s attention, and he said he'd look into it. That was just before Christmas. I also spoke to ****** his helper about putting salt in the pool, and he said it needed to wait to be done. I called *****, and he said he was out of town and would be back on Thursday, but no calls. Also the plaster crew dumped plaster in my side ditch and on the fence. This week because I was weed eating instead of my son I found that they pumped out plaster on the ground and into my fairly new sprinkler box FULL of plaster. This is not a sprinkler box that has a finger hold in the lid it has only a hole for a locking bolt . It has to be rotated to come off. I called him Monday June 17th as they still have not done the salt (I've been putting in chlorine tablets), When I found the sprinkler box full of plaster. He said surely it was an accident. I told him you have to rotate it to unlock it and it has no holes in the top (not big enough to pump plaster in through. He said he'd be out Tuesday or Wednesday. This is Wednesday evening and he's a no show, and no call. I'm tired of being ignored.

      Signature did our ************** recently and did a fantastic job. ***** was present when crews were here & was very helpful when it came to choosing what was best for our pool. We just signed on for pool service as well.
