    Hi, my water heater pilot light kept going our every few days, so I called in the Water Heater Guys as they are empaneled by ***. They advised me to get a new heater since the heater was 10 years old. They advised me to get a more expensive heater than I had planned from *********** Since they are experts, I went with their advice.Within a few weeks the problem of the pilot flame has come back. I have been calling them every other day. Either they don't pick the call, SMS or they keep saying they have'nt got the spare part from the heater company yet. The thermocouple is only about $15 to $20. They charged me thousands for the replacement of the heater already.Please can you intervene and ask them to come replace the faulty parts and fix the heater.
