  I have known the Smith brothers for quite a while and they have been nothing short of professional. ****** has helped me with my experience from the beginning and has always had a solution to whatever problem occurred. I am honored to have worked with this company and to have had an amazing experience with a couple of great leaders. If you are looking for a smooth and great experience then you have found the right place.

  The attention to details that I've personally seen is incredible work. The customer service this company provides is top notch and given to each client without hesitation. No two projects are the same, they are most definitely customized for each individual customer. I would recommend them to anyone. Amazing service, work and an overall amazing company!

  We have had the pleasure of working along side Smith B&D since the company started. From day one, I can not say enough good about these guys. Construction during the last few years has been extremly difficult. Watching these guys constanly overcoming the neverending challenges is nothing short of impressive.

  I would not recommend this company. Anyone looking for a custom home builder or considering using Smith Custom Building and design, please beware. We have been in our custom home for about a year. Unfinished hardwood floors, doors leaking, doors on backwards, along with a 56 page inspection report. Not one punch out item completed and no home warranty. After Steven and Brian received their final draw and paid us back for overpayment, we were unsuccessful getting anything else completed. After 6 months of them delaying our closing and requesting $25k, then $30k, and lastly $13k of additional funds that they could not produce invoices for, our bank modified our loan to remove them. Unfortunately, our home is even featured on their website. There are at least 3 other unhappy custom homeowners I have personally talked to that have had a similar experience. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, professional experience, this is not the custom home builder to choose. If you would like any details, please feel free to reach out to me.

  It is unfortunate how the relationship with this client ended.  We wish them all the best, but no one works for free.  This client did not follow the stipulations of the contract that they signed.  We can provide every invoice and this client has them in a binder.  They could not pay their bills due to financial hardship that they explained to us and then later threatened to post negative reviews if we did not finish the house anyway.  That is why the house did not receive a punch to complete items and why there is no warranty.  They are now attempting a smear campaign on online forums such as this to attempt to ruin our name. They also have stalked other clients of ours and attempted to spread their lies to them.
  This client then got her dad to talk with the bank manager, who is a friend of his, and the loan was illegally closed.  This situation is being pursued legally.  Until it is resolved anyone is welcome to contact us to get reviews from 99 people that can vouch for our good name, while this 1 client has nothing better to do than copy and paste a review because she is upset that she could not complain and threaten her way out of her debt.

  The only accurate statement is the fact that I did keep a binder of invoices. Thank you for the response. It's proof of your dishonesty and lack of professionalism. There is a reason your business has no positive reviews. Good luck with the legal battle that we are unaware of.
