    I had them to come out on 6/19/25 to service air. I was told I had a drainage block. Gentleman had me to poor Draino down sink in restroom. I was told problem solved. Not. On Sunday same problem air turning on and off every few seconds 6/22/25. Another technician came out on 6/24/25. Said he had problems solved with what he did. Blow out the blockage. Not. 6/25/25 no air at all. Air conditioning not responding to anything. It is 83 degrees again. I called heritage air for the 3rd time and they want me to set at home again on 6/27/25 ( for the 3rd time missing work). They showed no sense of urgency to resolve issue or care in the world that it is hot 83 degrees in my house. They said they can get someone out again Friday 6/27/25. In other words f*** me and my problem that they havent fixed after 2 tries.

    Run! Do not use this company. Had new AC installed on a Thursday, they left and it wasn't working. They sent someone out on Friday, in and SUV with basically no tools/parts to fix anything, only confirmed it wasn't working and left. Saturday morning i called as soon as they opened and they refused to send anyone out to fix it until Monday. Completely unacceptable, complete incompetence from an company. I called American Home Shield and had them cancel the service and now have to wait for a new, hopefully competent AC company to install a working new AC unit. Last year, this company installed my upstairs unit, and thankfully it works fine, however my sprinkler they installed it on top of does not. No regard for quality service and fixing their mistakes.

    Beware of inappropriate costs and poor customer service! Company will try to charge you to replace items that are not defective stating code enforcement requires it. All I needed was a coil replacement (through home warranty) and they want to charge to replace drain line, float switch, drain pan, and more. I spoke to the city code enforcement department and they said it is not required when replacing the coil. I called the company asking if we could get on a conference call with my contact at the city and they said they would get back to me. They never did 1.5 weeks later so I had to call back. When I spoke to ******* (however you spell it) at Heritage, she provided a "new" story that they make customers replace those items to be proactive just in case they become defective and that is how they operate. She then proceeded to tell me if I didn't want to accept their business practices then I could find someone else. I suggest you closely examine the estimate they provide you as they are just trying to increase their margins and as a result are not focused on the customer experience.
