    After several times of telling the customer that he could bring the vehicle back, he declined. Customer did not give first right of refusal.

    These are the photos of the vehicle when the customer brought it in to be worked on. Went somewhere before to have cheaper work done.

    Friday, January 5, **** (Office conversation recorded on video)
    14:12 (FL) Enters Detroit Custom & Collision and is greeted by (DC). (**) talks to (**) about having to $500 for the rental. (**) let (**) know that he would need to talk to Progressive about that. (** & DC) discuss the headlight and the calibration that was done. (**) paid the deductible and signed the paperwork. Then walks out the front door.
    14:15 (**) walked back into Detroit and paced around while waiting for assistance. (There was a couple in the office that ** was assisting)
    14:19 (** & CR) walk out to the vehicle in the parking lot to talk about missed damage. (**) points out a dent in the fender. (CR) explained that when the headlight was put in the technician could have dented it and not noticed, but (CR) would call the paintless dent repair guy that Detroit uses to have it fixed.
    14:22 (**) Drives off.
    15:15 (**) Returned to Detroit
    15:18 (**) Enters the front office and tells (AB) I need to talk to *****. They did none of the of the work on the driver side. 15:19 (CR & **) discuss the headlight. 15:23 (**) says that he understands about the headlight and he will give the shop a call next week about the body work. (CR) Said Ill get it handled for you

    16:17 (**) Enters Detroit Custom & Collision Greeted nicely by (DC) < DC 8yr old daughter is sitting at the front desk> (**) Asked if Chis was around (**) replies He is not here (**) then asked Is his wife here cause shes the person who owns the place correct? (**) then replies She is not here They proceeds to have a conversation, where (**) slams his left hand down on the desk and begins to get loud. Says I am not letting yall touch my car again, I have paperwork from ****** that says that **** painted the safety sensors on the front bumpers of the car (AB) walks up while (**) continues to talk about the vehicle. (AB, ** and 8yr old go to the back to get the file) (**) Paces the front office space and talks to himself.  (**) goes back up to the front desk with MS ***** file. (AB tells 8yr old to stay in the back offices) (AB & **) go over the file with (**). (AB, ** & ** go out to the front parking lot) Ms. **** is sitting in the vehicle. (**) begins to point out the issues he has with the vehicle. (**) starts yelling and pointing at (AB). (AB) warned (**) that if he kept continued to yell there would be problems. (**) smiled and ********* and said No there wont (AB) reiterates that if he continues there will be problems. (**) Stops yelling but stays loud while the conversations continued. (**) got a file out from the vehicle labeled Detroit Custom to show (AB & **) the paperwork from ****************************. (**) went into the building to make a copy of 2 pages. While (**) was making copies (AB & **) stayed outside. (**) stated at Detroit is not allowed to touch the vehicle again. (AB) to (**) OK, I will have ******************* you on Monday. (**) bring paperwork back to (**). (**) and Ms. **** leave at 16:32 PM.

    Morning - (CR) called (**) to let him know how inappropriate it was to come to DCC and yell and act that way to the ladies in the front office on Friday, January 26, ****. And to discuss the issues he had with the vehicle. (**) proceeded to yell and cuss at (CR) on the phone for several minutes. (CR) warned (**) that if he continued to yell, he would hang up. (**) continued yelling (CR) hung up the phone. Same *******) filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Also, posted a review on Google.   

    Tuesday November 28, 2023 Ms. **** & **************** dropped off the 2023 ****** Corolla Cross for repairs under Progressive Ins claim # *************.

    Friday, January 5, **** @ 2:12 PM **************** pulled up to the shop to pick up ********** 2023 ****** Corolla Cross.
    Friday, January 5, **** @ 2:19 PM **************** had ***** outside to look at the 2023 ****** Corolla Cross.
    Friday, January 5, **** @ 2:21 PM **************** paid the $1000 deductible with a debit card ending in 0013.
    Friday, January 5, **** @ 2:22 PM **************** pulled out of the parking lot.
    Friday, January 5, **** @ 3:15 PM **************** returned to the shop with the 2023 ****** Corolla Cross.
    Friday, January 5, **** @ 3:24 PM **************** pulled out of the parking lot.
    Thursday January 25, **** @ 4:17 PM **************** pulls into the parking lot gets out leaving Ms. **** in the vehicle.
    Thursday January 25, **** @ 4:16 PM ****************, ******************* and ******************* walk outside with **************** while Ms. **** is still in the vehicle. (starts yelling at 4:40 PM)
    Thursday January 25, **** @ 4:32 PM **************** and Ms. **** pulled out of the parking lot.
