      I am extremely disappointed with my experience with *** / ********************************* owner of Pioneer Roofing Company. It has been 8 months since he started the work on roof and other damages due to hail and work on fence is still incomplete.The lack of professionalism and accountability is astounding.Despite numerous attempts to reach out and get an update on the progress, I get a text saying that they will complete it and no more response. Furthermore, his workers broke main faucet splitter and when I brought it to him, he said that we will pay, rather than fixing it.The delays and lack of response have been incredibly frustrating, and it is unacceptable for a business to operate this way. I regret choosing Pioneer Roofing for my roofing needs and strongly advise others to steer clear of them if you want a job done efficiently and professionally.

      This Pioneer Roofing called me. I explained to them to keep off my property and do not call me again. A month passed, they called again. Next month they called again. I asked where did you get my number from. The women said it is posted on your property. I said where is it posted? She did not answer me just kept talking. I said again stop calling me and keep off my property. She then hung up on me. I called back a man answered I explained about the calls. He hung up on me. I called back again. Now they are not answering the calls. A real nervy bunch of pushy sales animals. 1 star is to good for this scab operation.

      This is an update to my 10/27/2022 1 star review. *** and his guys came out and fixed and cleaned ********** so it works properly now. They also painted the cement the same color as my roof so it looks a lot better now. I appreciated their time and effort to come and make it right.

      Terrible experience with Pioneer Restoration. They were subcontracted through my home warranty company. Did a poor job "fixing" the leak. Kept leaking after they fixed it. Told me it was leaves and dirt backed up under the tiles. Water was literally pouring through my sheet rock. Spent months just trying to get them to come out and look at what they said they fixed. They didn't show up for appointments then stopped responding to me altogether. I am very disappointed in their professionalism and workmanship. My roof looks like a mess up there. They slapped different colored cement all over the top of my roof. The valley is very poorly designed and the tiles were all broken around it.
