      My first email requesting the parts was on July 22 2024. No response was given, I emailed multiple times to them starting 7/31/24. I got a response on 8/1/24 with information of prices & who to contact. I emailed to place the order but got sparse responses if any so I started calling. The order was placed & after 2 weeks of waiting I emailed asking status with no response. I then received a couple of the small parts in the mail after I specifically said I would pick them up. The parts I received were incorrect so I called them the next day & spoke with **** one the parts attendants & informed him they were incorrect & reiterated not to mail anything. By now it was nearing end of August so I started calling more often with no results. On Tuesday August 27 2024 I stopped by the shop to try to get results. They had nothing ready & I spoke with **** the other parts anttendant about the size I needed. I was informed the main piece of metal I needed cut was narrower width than I thought so I told **** to hold off cutting that until I get back with him, that I most likely will be changing that size. I confirmed ********* original order was incorrect so I called them multiple times on Thursday August 29 2024 to have them change the size. I never got ahold of either of the parts attendants & was not getting calls back so I left a message with the secretary that I will be needing to pick up my order on Friday (August 30 2024) but I have to talk with the parts attendant BEFORE he cuts that part. She assured me she would give him the message & he would call me back. I did not receive a call on Thursday. On Friday **** called me & informed me my parts were cut & ready for pick up. I asked how he knew the proper length when he never returned my call. I told him the parts were wrong & I need the correct ones cut. After I get off the phone he charged my card which was on file anyway. I stopped by to dispute & he refused to refund my money. I did not pick up the parts.

      In response to ******************************** acknowledge the complaint from Mr. ******* He initially requested a specific size for the cut, which we provided. Subsequently, he requested a different size. We informed him that he would need to pay for the initial cut, as it could not be utilized. We also offered him the option to take the incorrect sheet, since he had already paid for it. It is important to note that Mr. ****** is a former employee of Bloomer Trailers ********** who has expressed dissatisfaction.
