    TemperaturePro of San Antonio installed new Daikin HVAC systems at our home during April 2022. The installation went well and weve been very happy with the Daikin performance and TemperaturePros semi-annual performance checks. Most recently, those checks were completed by their technician, ******************* on June 4th. He did an absolute thorough job, took the time to answer all my questions, and followed up with the invoice and performance readings. I decided to have Clear Drains installed on both system drain lines to keep the lines clean without any additional attention on my part. ******************* was back, with a trainee, on June 17th to complete the installation. Once again, he was prompt, efficient, and paid attention to the details of the installation. With TemperaturePro, I always receive a text when they are on the way along with a name and photo of the technician. They always arrive during the time frame that was scheduled. The company reaches out after the work has been completed to ensure all went well, that I had no problems, and to answer any additional questions I might have. TemperaturePro is the fourth HVAC company Ive used since arriving in *** Antonio in 1998. They are the first one of these companies that Ive been completely satisfied with. Without any reservations, I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.*******************

    Temperature Pros has been my family's "go to" for heating and cooling for nearly 5 years. The office support is fast and flexible and all of their service technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. **** arrived on time and walked me through what he would be doing and provided expert advice and tips on getting the most out of my system. I can't say enough good things about this company.

    It all started with ****; he came and saw I was having issues on Monday; put estimates together for a top of the line AC unit I wanted; even including more venting and return air-duct enlargement and insulation. He was even kind enough to bring me a portable AC unit until his company could get his installers over to install already on Tuesday. From there other employees impressed me with their professionalism and knowledge. I want to give a shout out to ****************************, ********* and his brother as well as ****. Perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend this outstanding woman owned business. Have had some service since initial install and this company continues to impress! I had my old AC company do a fall checkup (already prepaid) and while they were here I got a call from the owner, ********. She saw the system was down because they do LIVE monitoring of yor system after install. The other company guy couldnt believe it - LIVE!!! ****** has also been back to tweak the system for best possible savings - and he is so good and caring; walking me thru everything because you could tell he really cared.
