    she doesn't want to pay me back for Paisley. I have texts going back and forth with her about Paisley's knee. She has a genetic issue that will need surgery after she's full grown. ****** told me back when I first found out about it, that she would refund. She has dragged it out over and over. Both of dogs were overwhelmed with hookworms when I got them. It took numerous trips and medicines from the vet to finally get them healthy. And Paisley has the luxating patella. ****** was turned in to the *** previously and she's about to be turned in again. I hope she can't do this to someone else.

    This woman was told her full refund would be mailed 8/01 prior to any threats she made of goung to court, filing this comaint or libeling Ravendox on social media. She was sent a text message at 9:51am 8/01 with a picture of the cashiers check and tracking number. She is being 100% refunded for a puppy that she had submitted NO proof to the breeder that there is an issue. I've asked for xrays in phone conversations several times and have not been able to speak with her vet yet still refunded the pup which she refused to return.

    ****** never asked for XRays or to talk to my vet. I wouldve been happy to sent them to her. Also, she told me back in May that she would refund then basically ghosted me until I threatened to *** her. Then all of the sudden the next day I got a text saying she was sending it.
