      I am an 87 year old widow was having dizzy spells needed to have an Estate Sale as my home was already under contract she wanted my washer and drier for her services took my house keys for her son left for out of state for something to help her mother. He was supposed to give a sale, put it on line, and install signs I showed unexpected and nothing done but some major items gone. Supposedly he had sold them to some care centers he worked with. The following week we were supposed to have another sale. I spoke with him on Friday and she was on her way to help him display things better. I could not go as I had a Drs. Appt. they threw away some stuff to make it look good and proceeded to take more items. It has been over a month since I closed and have not received any money to this date. I had to have last sale by myself as they had to help her daughter move. Now she no longer answers her phone when I call.I offered to meet her or she could come here. I said I deserved a meeting in person she wanted to mail me an invoice and check .I said I do not do business that way so I have gotten nothing.

      Please forgive me for the delay. Yes, we did help her sell some of her items but they were not in the best condition, so the money that she expected for them was not reasonable. We did charge her for any of the work that we did. Also I went in person to check on her and paid her $450 for the washer and dryer, that we can send you the invoice for if needed. We also stopped picking up her phone calls due to her being very aggressive and threatening to us.
