    Me and my wife went to this location to inquire about the care service for *********************** a 92 year old person under our care, on 8/10/2022 we payed a deposit in the amount of $2000.00 dollars but we were promised that in case that we changed our mind or any other thing prevented us from taking *********************** to that facility the money was going to b returned, on 8/17/2022 I informed the facility coordinator that *********************** was not under our care and that I needed the $2000.00 dollars back but ever since that date I have been promised three times that they were going to send me a check for that amount but I havent received nothing, just today I spoke to ****** and after I told her that I was going to make a police report and file a report with BBB she told me that they will send a check via *** overnight, but as always I dont know if it is just a promise.

    In reference to the complaint A request was placed on August 17, 2022, for a refund. It was sent to our corporate office for processing of the request. We received the check on September1, 2022 a call was made to the complainant, and we were asked for the check to be mailed. The check was mailed by *** store for ground delivery with signature of receipt. The check was signed for on September 2 at11:29 am. See attached. Thank you ***************************
