    On November 13, 2024, I regrettably made an online purchase with Alpha Armor Outlet from ******I cannot find a phone number or snail mail address to write to them to complain.I am out $79.83. I have never received the merchandise that I had purchased from this company, and it has now been a month since my order.

    Ordered two Alpha Armor t-shirts back on 06/17/2022 ($20.26). After not receiving any information in reference to ********** update, contact was made with the business and received email back on 07/06/2022 advising that the item would be delivered within 24 hours. The items have yet to be delivered after almost 6 months. The items are still showing pending delivery. Requesting assistance on refund.

    After receiving an Instagram solicitation, I filed order #**** on July 7th for five assorted tank tops at $39.75. Your website indicated two days to process order and at most fourteen days to receive the package within *****************. It has been nineteen days. Why has the order not shipped?
