  Oct 20, 2023 PHARAOH IS #1 ON THE LIST OF THE BIGGEST LIARS AND THIEVES IN THE **** REPAIR BUSINESS.THIEVES!!!!! NEVER EVER GO HERE. THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS. CHARGED ME $1,500 AND NOW WORK WAS PERFORMED, EXCEPT A CONVERTIBLE TOP GOING UP. WHEN I WAS PROMISED REPAIR. PLUS WHEN I DROVE OFF, AND PARKED ABOUT 20MIN LATER. MY BATTERY WAS COMPLETELY DEAD. THEY WORKED ON THE *** WHILE IN ON POSITION AND NOT ENGINE ON, HENCE DESTROYING A $350 3-MONTH OLD BATTERY. AT THE SAME TIME, I HAD TAKEN ANOTHER *** THERE. I WAS ILL FOR A WEEK AND TXTED *** THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO PICK UP THE *** THE FOLLOWING WEEK. IT WAS PARKED OUTSIDE. NO WAY TAKING UP VALUEABLE SPACE. I JUST GOT A NOTICE FROM AN IMPOUND PLACE INDICATING THAT *** (THE THIEF AND LIAR) REQUESTED MY *** TO BE TOWED. WITHOUT ONCE CALLING ME. I TRIED TO REACH HIM 13 TIMES. NO RESPONSE,. I EVEN STOPPED BY, OTHER MECHANICS SAID HE WASN'T THERE, EVEN THOUGH HIS *** WAS THERE. HE NEEDS TO GO TO PRISON!!!!!!!i WILL BE SUING THIS PATHETIC ESTABLISHMENT AND *** IS GONNA GET THE ***** HE DESERVES. THIEF, LIAR AND PATHETIC LOSER!!!!!!!!

  i find it very offensive , rude disrespectfull to call me and my company thieves and liers , i do not appreciate the tone and the serious accusations who does he think he is . we are thieves? what did we steal from him ? it sounds pretty personal to me and i am a little worried about mine and my employees safety .
  

  all the repairs were approved by customer and i told him before he brought the car in that we charge a minimum of 3 to 4 hours to diagnose and operate the convertible top and attempt to close it becauuse it is not an easy task. and i also told him that whatever his extended warranty company dont cover he will be responsible for the remaining charges, no surprises there. it took days for the warranty company to reply i even bought a$100 water proof car cover to protect the car from all tha rain because the top was down while it stayed for days waiting on warranty company approval.

  we went above and beyond and now we are pathetic??? what a shame

  when he called about the land rover i told you we were not going to touch it and not to bring it here because it is in a very bad shape and has alot of issues that he did not want to fix and i told you to get rid of it. days later i show up to work and the car is sitting outside the fence  and when he called i repeated that we are not going to touch it and to get it removed, the car stayed outside for almost a month .
