      This is by far the worst place I have ever been . I got my car fixed here and not even 2 weeks later it was doing the same thing as to why I brought it here . They were quick to take my my money but werent worth a **** , the general manager at this place is just as sorry. U are better off having a random person off the street fix your car. My brother also got his car fixed here and is having the same problem as to why he took it to get fixed. These people are scammers and should be shut down

      I brought my vehicle to this Midas location on 7/6/2023. They recommended changing my alternator among a few things to resolve a weak battery issue. After the work was done, I was left with a permanent and annoying "Check battery system" light. The employees said that the battery system was tested and there was no issue. I was told to ignore the light. I've recently brought that car to a ****** dealership to look at my battery system because I was fed up with this light. They informed me that the voltage coming from the alternator read 1.8V instead of the 5V that is should read. It was deemed a faulty install/part so they replaced the unit. I was billed over $1,000 for that job. Basically, I paid a grand to get work RE-DONE because Midas messed up. I contacted corporate and they said the best they could do is refund me about $500 if I can get the alternator for them. ****** no longer had it so I wasn't able to. I guess that's how they "own up" to their faulty work. I'm incredibly disappointed in how this all played out.

      They dont even deserve 1 star. I went in for an alternator, oil change and tire balance and rotation. I left with new gaskets, spark plugs and possible new alternator. No balance or oil change. Refused service and they still billing me $1900 for service. I had to finance car maintenance for the first time in my life. STAY AWAY. I REALLY HOPE THEY CLOSE DOWN SOON. FINANCE HAS A 145% APR. SHADY.
