      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.The owner told my wife over the phone they **** **** ***** *** ** ******** so they can take that up with him. They did mail us the refund check which cleared so we're all good.

      *****************************y concern on the delay telling him to just be up front if it would take several weeks then that's fine at least tell us something. He indicated the company had undergone unanticipated turnover and Graz was the only person left to do the job, but he would get back with me on a start date. I tried him again on 5/10/24 and 5/13/24 with no response. On 5/14 he called my wife to say that they were going out of business and would send us a refund check in the mail and deliver the shower pan they had ordered to us. We still have not received the check as of today, 5/28, and ***** has not replied to any messages or calls.
