    Ordered a pair of boots on Dec 6, 2024. They said they shipped them out and were supposed to be delivered Dec 13, 2024. Never received rthem it is now the day before Christmas eve. And no boots. I've called and discussed this with a female sales person on the 19th she said they were on there way. Still no boots !!!

    Hello,

    This order was placed on December 6th and shipped that same day. The customer was provided tracking information that day as well. The order was delivered on December 30th. The shipment deliver was delayed several times but that is out of our control. I imagine the delay had to do with the high volume of shipments around this time of the year but the package was ultimately delivered.

    I am rejecting this response because: I ordered economy mail you business stated it would get here on time for Christmas. That did not happen . Your shipping methods are your fault. You should inform people of slow delivery . Also you sent boots through the postal service. **** ! Most good companies use *** ex , or UPS.  This is unacceptable!!! **** is notoriously slow. You made a Grandchild not get his Christmas present on time. Shame on you.

    On July 3rd, 2024 I ordered a pair of boots from Vaccari. On 7/8/24, I received the boots and they had damage to them. On the same day I sent an email in with pictures asking what should be done to fix the issue. I received no response. I submitted a request for an exchange on 7/10/24. I sent an email to the company that my request was put in as a return. I did not want a return, I wanted an even exchange. No one would respond. On 7/11/24 I submitted a dispute with affirm because that is who I did payment with. On 7/17/24 I left a review complaining about the customer service. On the same day I received an email from *********************** who said they would do a full refund after return. I informed him I wanted to do an exchange. On 7/19/24 he said that would not be a problem and they would ship out the new pair once they received the damaged ones. I dropped the boots off to be sent out on 7/19/24 and notified him I did so. I have sent multiple emails since that day with no response and no signs of a new pair of boots being shipped to me. On 7/27/24 I received an email from affirm that my dispute had been resolved and they were refunding me money but I still want the boots from the exchange because I cannot get them anywhere else.
