      I paid for a cosmetic out-of-pocket service on January 26, 2024. I paid the amount in full- a total of $185.00. I have done this before at this business and it has never gone through insurance as it is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by medical insurance. The business has been ****ing it through insurance (though I don't know whose insurance because they do not have my current insurance card on file) at $346.00 with an adjustment of $161.00, leaving a balance of $185.00- the exact amount I already paid for my service on 1/26/24. I have gone through countless phone calls, emails and even took time off from work to visit the office and ask them to rectify the situation. Nothing has been done. For the past 7 months, I have continued to get ****s and emails alerts for a past due amount from ******************** saying that I owe them money. I owe them nothing. I have paid in full for my service. I fear if not paid this will affect my credit report, but I owe them nothing. I would like a letter sent to me from the ************ saying that I have paid in full and that the account is closed. I would also like to stop getting invoices in the mail and email alerts telling me my **** "is past due". This has gone on long enough and they need to sort out their accounting mistakes. The latest **** says I owe $12. I owe them nothing and was told that in the office by a Practice Manager, ****** *******. I will attach two of the many invoices I have received to this complaint.

      Im being harassed by the employees of this business after already providing them with a merchant if # confirming receipt for services already rendered as paid
