      Steamatic cleaned my carpet and tile flooring on September 21, 2022. An area of Quarry tile flooring was damaged by the steam spinner used for cleaning. I sent photos and had inspections by three companies who all told me the tile needed to be stripped and resealed to correct the damaged areas. Steamatics *************************** came to my condo to inspect the damage. Unfortunately, it was impossible to have a reasonable conversation with him as he was yelling the majority of the time. Rather than acknowledge the damage and help me with a solution, he denied they caused the damage and kept changing reasons for the problem. Some of his excuses were:Your flooring is old,.This is a high traffic area.Your dishwasher is leaking.None of these statements were credible since I had another area of the exact same tile that Steamatic did not clean that has/had no issues.After getting three estimates, I paid Grime Fighters $433 to strip and reseal my damaged tile.Since ****************** refused to help me, I contacted an attorney who sent him a certified letter asking for reimbursement.To date, there has been no response by Steamatic or *******************I have photos and a video which clearly represent the damage.Im asking for your assistance in resolving this matter.Thank you..*************************
