    ***** was very professional and very helpful. I was very nervous ordering because of a previous online order with a pool company and we got burned. He provided any information I asked for to help me be more comfortable making the purchase. My emotions were already all over the place and making this purchase was scary. He provided any number I needed to confirm the shipping of the product , tracking and arrival. We picked the casket up ourselves from the airport and honestly that was hard. Paying to have it delivered to the funeral home might have been the better way to go. We arrived at the funeral home and they unloaded it and unpacked it so we could see it. It was just described and the pictures provided to me. I will be telling people about his service and not only that the savings. This casket was $4700 at the funeral home. His purchase price flying it nonstop to the *************** was $1995. When the time comes and we need his services again we will be contacting him. Thank you ***** for being an honest person and delivering a beautiful casket for my loved one ( my dad).
