my grandfather is in the cemetery from over 17 years ago. my mother purchased a plot for herself and my father. I also have a double plot paid for. I hadn't been to the cemetery in two years due to my father being ill. my father did pass away *** 29,2023. after four months of his death I was ready to go to the cemetery for my father. upon getting there I took grass to be planted and a water hose. I tried planting the grass only to find out the water was not coming on . I called the office only to find out it was a after hours answering service. then the girl stated she didn't know why the water wasn't comming on. she had to call me back with a response. she told me they no longer turn water on . on weekends because water was expensive and some where leaving the water on. then she told me I could not plant grass. first of all many years ago we were allowed to plant grass. she stated they could provide grass seeds. which we should have been told this back in May when we could have spread the grass seeds. I am very upset because this business should always have the water available. most people that work as myself can not go on weekdays. also my dad has now no Grass. my mother paid a lot of money to not have this cemetery with nice landscaping. I personally knew the owners brother. isiac Camero and his wife ********. I do not think a business should be cutting off the water on weekends or any day. plus the staff no longer works on weekends. I asked for the manager contact information and they would not give it to me. I demand the water be put back on weekends making it available for those who go on weekends to use. I also think you should include services of planting grass in a loved ones plot area immediately following the burial. if nothing is done about this I will have to contact the news media to take further action. respectfully.

******, I emailed you and the customer back 2 weeks ago. Why are you sending this again?

Our winter water policy is we have the water on Mon - Fri, when we have staff on hand. People have been leaving the water on and causing flooding and we have also had broken spickets as a result of people pulling too hard on the hose. Thats why we have turned the water off on the weekends.

We have been getting good rain as well.

We will re-evaluate our water policy come spring/summer time.

      Thank you,

      ***** Camero
