    I reserved a birthday party for my child with the following confirmation of what I was purchasing and what was to be included. The facility did not turn on the A/C for the bounce rooms until we entered making the entire play time extremely hot and humid. The room eas not decorated with balloons as they had assured me it would be.The did not set up the room before my guests arrived so they were ******* while my guests were in the room. They did not include the Bubbles, **********, ice cream during cake, or Hockey table. They did not provide my guests the Goodie bags or Ice cream. I asked for the managers information, they provided me with a gmail account which I emailed with no reply. They need to refund me as I did not receive what I paid for and they seem to be ignoring me. I had purchased what they advertise and market on their website,I have recorded proof. Thank you,*******************************, ****
