    The contractor Rosio Renovations, came to give us an estimate on fixing our house after a foundation lift. Our warranty company sent him to do the estimate. He walked through the house and we showed him everything that the lift caused. Its an extensive amount of damage. He then prepared an estimate for the warranty company. It was surprisingly low compared to the 3 or 4 other contractors we had come to do the estimate. When my wife asked him for a price breakdown, he stated that he didnt have to tell us anything. He was going to patch a crack in my tub that our contractor, and the other ones we had out, said could not be patched. He said he would replace the ***************************************** them during the lift, and that he would fix the drywall and door framing that had moved. There was also a severe dip in the second floor that he said he could fix also. Well.., after the lowball price the warranty company offered, we had him come back out to our house. This time, our contractor was with us. He immediately started stumbling on his words and admitted that he couldnt do the work he quoted. We also have ring doorbell video of him telling someone on the phone that he did illegal electrical work on someones house. Our warranty company now wont give us the money to fix whats actually wrong with the house because of the shifting. This man is a liar and con artist. We cant hire anyone to fix everything cause he drummed up a false quote
