    I purchased from this business in early July roller shades and insulation for my new build home. I have about 17 windows total cost was about $10k, quite higher than other companies, but we hoped this was justified in the business model and quality. We were wrong and have come to regret our choice to go with them. To initiate order, they required a 90% payment of the total order with the remaining bill due at install. We were told it would take approximately 3 weeks to get our blinds in, we are going on 3 months and they have failed to meet the contractual agreement we paid for. After a month, they came to install the blinds, only to realize there were issues with 3 of the 17 blinds, so they needed to be reordered. Instead of calling to discuss this with me, I received a text message basically saying, hey we have to reorder 3 of the blinds but final payment is due now. Really, how unprofessional is it to send that in a text and then to demand full payment. Again, basic math will tell you that the 3 missing blinds were about $1500 of the order. We were given no choice and threatened with breaching the contract so we paid. We were told the 3 blinds would be in, in about 2 weeks as a reorder is faster. Well about 3 weeks later they called to install the 3 blinds. Again, they came out and realized that only 1 of the 3 blinds was cut appropriately, and therefore they had to reorder 2 of the 3. They discussed this last with me on 1 sept and told me they would be expedited and shipped out on the 5th of September. We are are now going on 2 weeks beyond when they should have been shipped and I have not heard from this business. I call to get an order status and nobody will give me a status. I am told only the install team can provide a status. I call the install team and I get a voicemail, however my calls have never once been returned. I want the last 2 blinds I have paid for and have been waiting almost 3 months for installed immediately. Please assist.

    Sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by having to re-order 3 shades due to mfg error. We always stand behind our products and services for over 30 years in the nation and over 16 years here in San Antonio Location. I totally understand your frustration and really hope you are completely satisfied as the job is now 100% complete. Id like to make improvements on our end on where we fell short. We take every complaint very seriously and take action promptly. Upon investigation, our documentation (Attached) shows that we only collected 75% of the order which is per our contract and policy(not 90%).Our standard lead time has always been 4 to 6 weeks from order place date. We did meet this time line with our fist visit within 3 weeks. Unfortunately, due to mfg error we could not install 3 shades. This reorder typically is faster than 4 to 6 weeks, but at the mercy of shipping and logistics. We do apologize once again for this as these things do happen. We do admit that overall from your original sale date it took longer to complete your job. Ive taken serious action on my side to improve call answering and update providing to customers including adding staff members. Hopefully you are a satisfied customer as now all of your windows are treated and came out beautifully all payments paid. Please except our apology and thank you for being a budget blinds customer.
