I have appreciated the entire process, from when I was first trying to decide what was best to do, to their kindness and patience in explaining the answers to my questions, to the ongoing updates on my debt solution. My advice to anyone thinking about what to do with debt that has become unmanageable due to loss of employment or a catastrophic life event - stop thinking and start working with them to resolve your debt!

Before I reached out, my money situation was pretty bad. I couldn't save my money, relied too much on credit cards, and had high interest rates making things worse. The debt redemption program turned things around for me. They guided me well, and the program really tackled my debt issues. Fair warning, your credit will get shot in the process, but my credit score is slowly improving as creditors are reporting the balance has been paid in full. I liked that Debt Redemption kept their fees low. They claim ***** Debt Relief program charge 40% less than out-of-state companies. My debts are getting charged off and negotiated by their team. Im still in the program, I started back in January 2023. I can finally secure my financial future, and make smart money choices after learning my mistakes with borrowing debt. You make an excellent point, as you can always get a good credit score back, but if you kept paying high interest, potentially for decades, you would never get back the lost money or opportunities to invest it instead of throwing it away to interest. Some clients come to us stuck on the debt treadmill,while others can no longer make the minimum payments, were falling behind, or are at the point of facing creditor lawsuits. We always aim to help Texans utilize an available solution that meets their needs and goals, usually getting out of credit card debt as fast as possible and affordably as possible. After the debt is resolved, our clients can rebuild their financial profile and have much more opportunity to become investors rather than debtors. Local with live people, the same counselor throughout the case, callbacks and answers to my questions, no phone trees that send you to a black hole and all legal issues explained and covered. plus there were no creditors calling!!
