      If I could leave no stars I would. What a horrible horrible company what a disaster of an experience, one lie after another, constantly getting thrown through different people and told different things, one adjuster by the name of ************************* was an absolute unprofessional and condescending individual that mocked me and would not transfer me to a manager when I asked, she yelled over me talking even at one point. I have been dealing with them for 4months on cpi 4 freaking months. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had to deal with.

      Horrible customer service one untruth after another, misapplied payments that was a nightmare to correct after providing proof of payment several times. I paid my home loan off 01/25/2022 and have attempted to get a refund for my overpaid escrow for a year and as of 02/01/2023 to no avail. I have been given every excuse and untruth from the check was sent to my old address and would be reissued and as of today was told that because of the amount of time my money was sent to a third party company for unclaimed property. I contacted that company to be advised that no such funds have been received on my behalf.

      I have had the worst experience with SWBC and their employee, ***************************. I contacted her and her team back in April of 2021 to refinance my property. After several unreturned emails over the last 9 months, she has run my credit report 3 times and allowed my appraisal to expire. She was very unresponsive and I had to nag her teammates to get a response. She is by far the worst loan officer that I have ever encountered. If SWBC employs people like ***** then I would steer clear of them. ************************************ Officer ********************** NMLS# ******

      Not a good experience at all. A lot of repetition in the information that they were requiring. We worked on a manufactured home for 30 days through different issues, another issue arise and they decided to just drop it, which cost me $2200 in round trip flight to view the house, home inspections, foundation inspections and appraisals. So in the end, we ended up with no house and a lost $2200.

      Please beware of SWBC. Unfortunately they are my mortgage company currently. Their customer service reps are not knowledgeable and will give you the runaround. They will pass you through to another department and you will get hung up on. If you send an emails asking about your PMI or an appraisal you're just going to get half the info or ignored! I've been looking for papers from them since March and still have not received them. It's August 17, 2022 by the way. Every time I call in all I get is the runaround. You can tell that half of their employees are there just for a 40-hour paycheck and could care less of the quality of the company. I know the owner of this company does not know the quality of his reps because if he/she did then their only here for the money. And could care less about quality of service. If you notice look at all their reviews on here and then look at their responses. They won't take accountability, they go the easy route. Then will ask you to send an email in and reach out to them as if you already haven't or you would not be on here leaving a complaint! I've been so frustrated dealing with this company that I have spent many nights crying because I don't know what else to do. This has taken an emotional toll on me because I feel like I am being scammed. It's not right or fair. They advertise for services that they refuse to provide. And yes my mortgage is current and up-to-date
