    This company has no regard for the people who have to interact with it. Employees are rude and unhelpful. Appointments are canceled with no notice and no explanation given. They don't seem to care that their clients are working people who need to take time off to go to their appointments. There should be more options than this one company for this service. They do not deserve their contract with the Texas **********************

    What a waste of time and money. I was in for a simple background check (Austin ********* and was the second time I had gone to this place for similar inquiries. I had no issues the first time except for the extensive wait time due to system issues. The second time it turned into a complete sham as I never received my results due to clerical errors entering in my information incorrectly. I had attempted to contact them on multiple occasions to inquire about my results but all the automated system told me is that they had been accepted. Anyone I talked to referred me to another phone number to call. (the automated system or just some random business) I was never notified by email as my email address was incorrectly entered so the results link was sent to whatever email that entered and not my own. I am not being compensated or reimbursed for my troubles or their error. 90% or more of the reviews I read about this place are all negative. I should have read the reviews prior to my visit but it was recommended to me by a trusted source so I did not. Shame on me for that. Shame on you IDENTOGO for not giving a **** about your customers especially when it was the staff who caused the error from the start. NEVER USE THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!
