      Maximus mailed out a letter ,The letter had My complete name, Birthdate, Social security number and mailing address.This information was not disclosed or authorized by me, my Identity has been compromised and my banking and credit Have been compromised ,Upon speaking with Maximus employees they were very Dismissive, Disrespectful, Rude.I had requested that I sought no further phone calls from Maximus after such unprofessional conversation and conduct ,I asked the employees questions regarding my information breach and at the name of the person whom I was speaking with each attempt was met with none direct answers and apprehensive behavior,thus making me further suspicious and afraid,I did ask for a supervisor and that request was met with further challenge and misdirection,I then requested that I only be contacted by mail only and To remove my phone number mailing address and other vital information and never to contact me by phone again.This made no difference I have been contacted by phone twice since my request for not call ever again as this these calls were quite upsetting, and I felt further violated, with our any control ************* this very date my account information is at risk and I have received credit alerts,and credit privileges declined as a direct result of my information abuse at the hands of Maximus *** and it's rude staff ,I don't understand why the staff at Maximus is treating me so unfairly .I seek that Maximus pay for an Attorney to represent my best interest in Stopping this damage now and in the possible future,By all means necessary to make my life whole again before this horrible nightmare company Maximus completely ruined my life.presantly and perhaps my future and retirement.Sincerely,******* *****
