      As the ***** of ******** for my mother (name deleted), I signed her up for services with aa Care Services on Dec 21, 2021 at their business office in *********** on12/21/2021. An initial deposit of $1,000 was made by debit card from my mother's bank account at a financial institution in ***********.The services were to accompany my mother to medical appointments from her nursing home. The services were never used, and as of January 2024 my mother has been placed in Hospice care.After speaking on Feb 13, 2024, with ******************* the latest of a succession of aa CareServices "billing managers", he agreed that (name deleted) would not need the services and that he understands my request for a full refund of the $1,000 initial deposit from Dec 2021. He promised a confirmation call back "within a day or so."On Feb 16, 2024, I contacted his office again, as he had not called back. Ms. ********* informed me he had left for the day and took a message for him to call back on Monday (02/19/2024). As ****************** still did not call back, I reached out again onMonday 02/19/2024, and spoke with Ms. ********* again, who put me on terminal hold. Calling back again, I spoke with Ms. ****** who informed me that "we can't find ********* or *******." It was then that I informed Ms. ***** that I would file a complaint with the ******** General for the **************. Which is what I have done prior to filing a BBB complaint, after aa Care Services has ceased communications.aa Care Services through ****************** as the billing manager is refusing to refund the $1,000 initial deposit for services never used and not needed in the future. Again, **************************** the person for whom the services were intended is in hospice care and will have no need for aa Care Services, as agreed upon by ****************** on our phone conversation on Feb 13, 2024.
