I requested to renew my lease and once my lease renewal was approved I noticed 2 M2M fee and a $500 concession renewal fee added to my account, so before rent was due I sent out several emails and voicemails to the property asking for an explanation of these charges and I was having a hard time getting in contact with them and based on my work schedule I was not able to go and camp out in front of the office until someone arrived. I eventually was able to speak with someone on 2/7/2025 and they did state that the concession renewal was to be a credit on my account it should not have been added so they removed that from my account and then was told that if I signed the lease on the 02/7/2025 they would remove the M2M fees for me. I proceeded to ask about the concession renewal be credited to my account and the late fee being removed since I was not able to get in contact with anyone on my account to explain these charges and that one I was not going to pay something that I had no explanation or knowledge of and the way the portal is set up you can't make partial payments . I signed the renewal offer so I'm entitled to concession renewal credit that is being offered and because someone made an accounting error and placed it on my account as something owed I'm being penalized for it because if it was added as a credit at the time it was added it would not have been an issue because when it was added on my account I did not sign the lease yet.
