    ********************************************************************************************************* whom it may concern: Above is a statement showing the $400 I sent to this detective agency JIS Investigations and please note the next line down is another $200, from same agency which was unauthorized. They state on their receipts and company letters that if no new information is obtained half of the money is returned. Also will attach their paperwork sent to me that ALL money will be returned if the person missing is not found. Please note that this was not just an ordinary cheating spouse etc...This is a Missing Person whos recovery has now delayed by the unresponsive numerous requests by me and may have closed an important window to his being found or found dead. This is my son here! If he couldn't or wouldn't find anything even the $225 back would have allowed me to hire another detective who might be willing to find ***************************************** so his mom can have peace about it. In the contract we signed he states that ALL money will be returned if he's not found $450 only his company took out $200 more the next day without authorization and that brings the total to $600. Also believe they need to remove their company statements saying half back etc...so another person doesn't have to wait two months while they dont return calls or texts etc ..Sincerely ********************************* ****** ********************************************************************************************************

    We were retained by you to locate your son. We located your son and spoke to him. We even gave you his number that you insisted is disconnected but it is not. We even have text messages of us discussing you. On June 13, 2024, ***************************************** asked out of respect to stop attempting to communicate with him. *********** stated "you were a meth addict that is convinced that I've been abducted/held captive despite me personally telling her many many times that I do not want to have any contact or relationship with her. She's threatened physical violence on my wife in the past and put my child in danger."

    ******, you have also generated more than five different phone numbers to communicate with us and we have no idea how to even get a hold of you. I have left voicemails explaining what the situation is. You asked us to locate ***************************************** because he's your son and you want to communicate with him. Please see the provided text messages of us communicating after I located him. 

    Also, in your complaint you stated to remove the return amount from our contract so that the next person doesn't have to wait. ******, we have contributed tremendous amount of support in our community in finding loved ones, located missing children, locating witnesses for cases, locating people pertaining to fraud, and many more. In your particular situation you have a son who is respectfully asking us to not give you their info because they are scared for their lives. You state that he's been abducted and its not him speaking but this is absolutely not true and out of respect for your son you should not be saying that he's held captive or abducted, because I personally spoke to him and he explained everything to me. This all happened, after I located him in which that's what you hired us to do.
