      I contacted this company several times; phone, text, email and personal visit. I asked for a flaking piece of iron work that they did to be fixed. I also asked them if they could reverse one panel that I felt it was backwards and would like them to flip it while they were here fixing the paint.I was told after several months that they would paint the spot for $859 but not flip the panel.The paint is 1/4" x 3" iron work.

      We ordered both our front doors and back patio slider door back in October 2021. It took one year to complete. The front doors are very nice. The back slider has been a nightmare. It may be installed backward. It is not functional. The issue I have is with customer service. They will not communicate and call back to fix anything. They said someone would come out to fix the problems and we were ghosted. They do not answer the phone and do not return messages. The amount of money we spent on the doors was large. The follow-through should be perfect. Right now we have a back patio door that we can not use.
