    Im currently a client of ************************ (sales Rep)with 84 Lumber. He has placed various lumber orders that I have not approved of. He is obligated to send me a bid and I am to email an approval with my request. I have requested a refund/ credit for various items and he begins to email me his phone records and his daily calendar containing dates and made up titled conversations that never took place. (Basically he said she said) I have asked him to please escalate my request to supervisor or mediator But he never did. Items ordered without my approval are exterior doors and Flooring system. These items are totaled about ******** worth of materials. I am very disappointed in his inappropriate business tactics. For my exterior doors he said for me to pick out what I like best and that I had time to pick out final pics once it came down to ordering. He came out measured and sent me an email showing he submitted his bid request but he never sent me a bid. One early morning some guy showed up to building site and installed doors I never approved. As for my flooring system, in email provided by him when he asked for my approval, I clearly stated I have an engineered framing design I was currently waiting on and asked if he felt we should be ordering lumber knowing this in *********** proceeded to order it without my consent and then as I requested lumber released(framer was ready for lumber up to rafters) ***** sent it without explanation of any information about flooring system he had ordered and I was left with all this prematurely ordered flooring system. When I asked for a credit, he began making statements in his email about meetings between my building consultant and he and myself that never happened regarding this flooring system. I am left with material on my newly constructed home as well as in my garage.
