    Has resided in the community for 6 years. Feels that the current staff displays racist practices and is slow to respond to resident concerns. The management has increased rental and property costs steadily. His son, who is now 21, but when they moved in his child was 15 years old. The property has a policy of only 2 cars. He was paying for another parking space but he was recently denied further access. Has asked for other rental space for an additional car. He was advised no one could park anywhere on the property. They mentioned the contract which cited 2 cars but they rent 3 to 4 room family homes. There is also no visitor parking on the property. He has complained to the property management office and they have offered no resolution. Many residents are experiencing the same issue but hesitate to complain due to fear. Property staff has cited she does not speak Spanish when in his experience she is fluent. The staff hired tends to be family/relatives and have displayed very rude and disrespectful behavior. The staff provides very poor and inconsistent customer service even though the property has changed several management companies. The rent is increased steadily but with little in return.
