    Requested quote via their website. Received call and quote over phone to relevel my double-wide mobile home. Three options offered. I selected option 3 - ******* with 5-yr warranty for $3,709.86. Scheduled appointment for November 22, 2022.They were late for appointment then while gathering their tools from truck, he was - very loudly - taunting one of his crew, "So, what you're saying is you have a big dick!" *** just once but several times. They proceeded with the *******. Upon completion, he tried to charge more than quote, but accepted payment based on quote. Invoice was supposed to be emailed to me - he verified email address. And we discussed additional work I wanted done before Christmas, for which he was supposed to send a quote. I never received the quote nor the receipt.My floors are creaking more than they were before and I can see gaps where there shouldn't be gaps. I've been calling for over a month, but it always goes to voice-mail and calls are never returned.At this point, I would like to be refunded the the extra $2,000+ I paid for the 5-yr warranty.
