    I seen this ad and it was about a promotion of power tools and it said you only pay the shipping and this was 2/10/2023 for **** and then they charged me again for ***** and there wasn't anything that said there was more money to pay.. There false advertising and ripping people off.. I did not authorize any other amount than the shipping amount. *************************** ********-***************** ************

    Filled out a survey and was promised a free tablet . Just was to be charged shipping only. This company never stated anywhere that it would charge me for anything more than shipping. They have continued to try and charge me credit card for different amounts. This company seems to be fraudulent.

    I agreed to do a survey and was promised any one of their items for free if I did the survey. I was to only pay the shipping, of which I did. This was charged through my ***** When I discovered another charge of $63.71, I looked at the packing slip and the envelope. Envelope had the name as Exclusive Deals with an address in *****, **. Packing slip did not have a name, but same ***** **** address. Packing slip did not have NOT have an email address or a telephone number. I searched the internet for Exclusive Deals and found nothing. I had no way of getting in touch with the seller. So I contacted ICCU and disputed this charge. I never agreed to buy this item.I'm not sure what Top Home Decor Cleanse is referring to when it says email confirmation, as I never answered any further emails than the survey. Please note package slip did not contain the merchants name or telephone number and the address is from *****, **. Top Home Decor Cleanse states on page 2 of 7 "The customer service phone number is clearly provided on the....packing slip." This is NOT true or I would have been able to contact them. (See copy of packing slip in attachment.) Since I am hearing impaired, I wish all contact with the merchant to be with texting to my phone #************.I want this $63.71 returned back to my account.
