    *****.2023 Went in and saw provider and provider put in refill for my Semiglutide to next dose. Was told it would be in about two weeks as it was in the times prior. After about 2 weeks when I did not receive a call I called and was told its still not in & to check back the following week. Was told they receive orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. As the weeks went by I was told they were behind due to holidays and weather issues. After it reached one month, I asked about a refund and was told I needed to contact billing and was given a number. I called the number and left messages twice. Finally called office again and they apologized and said theyd put a message in for me. 2/5 billing called me and upon verification I had been given the wrong number. She informed me refund would take two weeks! But she needed to verify with pharmacy my order wasnt in first. She called me back to inform me that NO script had been called in for my on ***** or since then. I asked about how long it would take to receive the meds and if I could get a couple of free B12 injections for the fiasco She told me to call the clinic. I contacted the clinic at around 10am on 2/5. Left a message for a provider to call me back. Front desk called me back at noon and told me script had been called in. I was livid as I was told by billing a refund could only be issued if no script. I informed young lady of this and she put me on hold and came back to tell me she stopped the order. I demanded to speak with provider and was told they are all on lunch! I hung up and called billing again demanding to speak to someone on charge and was told to call clinic again and speak to provider.

    I was able to contact ***************** and discuss her concerns. She reported that she was provided a refund at one of our other clinics. I apologized for the inconvenience and provided her with four complimentary injections for her trouble. She reported that her treatment has improved following the transfer to another one of our facilities. I will continue to follow up to ensure there are no further issues or concerns.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I did speak to someone.  However, I did not get a refund. Instead I was able to transfer my payment to use at another location and offered free injections.  He did say he was going to call me back to follow up after speaking with his boss and I havent heard back yet but am hoping to soon.  I am satisfied with the treatment at the other facility.  Thank you
