      I purchased all new flooring for my home at a cost of around $7,000. I was never truly satisfied with the crew sent to work on the installation. During the installation they would at times only have one person here so that they could start at a new job. I even offered to help put my furniture back in place on the last day because only one person was here. After only a year and half since installation the flooring has cracked at the area near my desk. I was told it is not under warranty as I did not have a rug under my chair. This information was never presented to me at time of installation, but once informed I immediately got the appropriate floor covering. Now, in order to resolve the problem they need to replace the entire bedroom because my flooring has been discontinued. The company has been communicative with me, but wants me to pay for the bedroom replacement at half cost. I do not feel there should be any cost to me as I was not informed I needed a rug, plus I feel it is more an excuse as I was never satisfied with the installation.
