    Unit was purchased 2024, we put $35k as a down pymt along with warranty. The engine light came on and everything just shut down and then it turn on again but the auto button on remote stopped working. We made an appointment as told to check the issue, took time off from work and was told they would order the part. We called 3xs nothing has been resolved we keep getting a text that will advise they are waiting for the part and when we verbally call to discuss they are advised they are waiting for a subcontractor which does not make sense when we purchased warranty and should be covered and taken care of asap.     My husband started working with this dealership for a specific truck on 12/13/2022. They gave him a credit way higher that originally talked about. They asked me to co-sign on the deal to see if the rate could be lower for vehicle with VIN # ***************** and their stock number C08965T. On 12/16/2022 I let them know I would do that. They had me fill out the credit application for the *********** did so. I value my credit score very much so I have it frozen. At around 12:20 I lifted the freeze for them to pull my credit. At 12:59 I got a notification that my credit had been pulled by their lender. At 1:10 they then let us know that the actually sold the truck to someone else just to try to have us buy another vehicle from them. The agreement was to pull my credit for a specific truck. Instead they pulled mine then let me know the truck was sold 11 min after they pulled my credit. I need to have my credit report corrected for this inaccurate hard inquiry.
