      In March of 2022 I received seven collection statements from Account Resolution Associates regarding outstanding balances. I called and spoke to ******************************************* who told me the accounts were sent to collections in error due to upgrading their billing software. I was told that I have a zero balance on all of my accounts and not to worry about them. Two months later, I get notification through the credit agency that my credit score has been decreased by 100 points due to seven collection accounts from Account Resolution Associates. I have been trying to dispute each one but my credit score has been significantly impacted. I spoke with both companies today and both claim it is out of their hands because they have reported the balances have been paid in full. I told them the balances have not been paid in full because the balance was zero, I informed them that when it is reported as if "the balance is paid in full" suggests that I had a balance and I paid it. Both companies told it was out of their hands and I would have to speak with the credit agencies.I work very hard especially during this season of my life where everything is so costly. I take care of my mother alone with just my income and I pay all of my bills on time. To have this placed on my report and drop my score from excellent to fair is completely discouraging and infuriating.
