    Doesnt return emails or calls. Has been almost 10 years since account was originally opened and wont give an update to remaining balance due.

    This person is a fraud and is going about her business illegally........she freezes accounts years after the statue of limitations has taken place.......she has a fake office address which is illegal as well........

    Completely unprofessional, uncompassionate, and rude. Dont bother trying to tell her the part of the contracts shes disregarding because she doesnt care. Dont bother trying to point out an error because shell just stop replying. Im sure she sleeps well at night.
