    This parking lot is an absolute scam! We parked here for a dance competition downtown ***********, paying $37 for 5 hours through their QR code/app. We were finishing up at a restaurant inside the Rivercenter when we received a text that our time slot had expired. We immediately headed to the car, only to find it GONE. It had been towed literally the moment the time expired!This same predatory tactic happened to another family attending the event, who were also left stranded looking for their car. Several tow trucks were circling the area like vultures, just waiting to tow unsuspecting vehicles. This is blatant extortion. Weve already paid, and the company has our credit card informationif they wanted more money, they could charge an extra fee instead of resorting to this racket.This is unethical, deceitful, and quite possibly illegal. Its a deliberate money-grabbing scheme targeting people visiting the area. DO NOT PARK HERE unless you want to deal with outrageous towing fees and headaches. Avoid this lot at all costs!

    I would like to advise people not to park on this lot because theyre associated with a towing company to pick up your car, their paying machines are broken in purpose that way they can take your automobile to end up paying $289.00 to take your vehicle out. Please dont be a victim. *******.
