Original Date of Exam: 4/5/2023 $1695 included test and materials I was scheduled to take my test with their testing center, PearsonVue. They stated before the exam if they saw you go offline the ******* would call my cell phone. I had a technical issue that kicked me off and when I logged back in I couldn't. The ******* never called, I tried calling and no answer. I emailed PearsonVue only to get an automated response saying American Payroll Assoc. would review and contact me. No response, so a month later I emailed them again only to go through this again. Emailed PearsonVue again only which this time they stated I needed to contact American Payroll Association directly. Emailed American Payroll Association on their website and received no answer. Emailed them again August 10th and have received no response.

On 3/24/2023 at 11:30am, I tried to log into the test portal (not realizing the debacle with the time). When I was unsuccessful in logging in, I called *************** and was told the system was down and that was why I was unable to get in and to call back and talk to another agent that could tell me more information. I thought this sounded odd, so I asked to speak to the supervisor. Supervisor *****(that was the only name and information he would give me), was extremely rude and condescending. He pointed out that I was scheduled for 12AM and didnt I know when AM was? He asked me that a couple of times in a very sarcastic and unprofessional manner. I told him that the scheduler must have scheduled me incorrectly and the time I requested should have been 12pm. He told he could not help with that, and I would need to call APA. I called APA and was told to contact ******* VUE because they would have to issue the credit. After speaking to ******* VUE, I was told that the credit would need to come from APA. 3/27/23 I reached out to APA, and although nice, they refused to credit me the money of which I wanted to use to reschedule the exam.

We have been in touch with this customer and are actively helping her take the exam again.  She has already tried to take the exam once, but her computer ran out of power and was not plugged in.  She is going to try again in a few days.  I feel confident that we are doing everything possible to help this customer and resolve all issues.
