      I was prescribed Tesosterone Cypionate through a mens health clinic called ***** Uncaged to treat hypogonadism. I require testosterone to live a normal life. The physician prescribed me 0.3mL twice weekly (0.6mL per week) of testosterone for 7 months. I received 2 vials of testosterone from this clinic claiming to be 10mL vials of 200mg/mL testosterone cypionate. On 9/1/22 I finished my first vial after injecting accurate as prescribed by my physician. If the vial was filled properly, it should have lasted a minimum of 14 weeks (according to ******************) and even 16 weeks (according to the rep at this pharmacy). My vials are under filled. After calling the pharmacy to voice my concern for lack of medication to continue my treatment, I was accused of improperly injecting my medication, told, basically, that their pharmacy is infallible and would not make a mistake, and I was hung up on after being told to talk to my provider. My provider is who I went to first, and they told me to contact the pharmacy since they approve the distribution of this controlled substance. Now, Im SOL and will run out of medication after 20 weeks (5 months) and be unable to refill my prescription. Ill be 2 months without medical treatment because this pharmacy will not take responsibility for their medical negligence and resolve the issue. I will be taking legal action against this pharmacy, and most likely also against my clinic ******************.
