    We had Air & Drain Works come out to our house to investigate a potential leak in our house on 1/3/25. Upon completing their job, they informed us they were able to address the leak as well as map out our drain system via utilizing a camera. Our invoice for that day detailed:Task 1: [CAM-100] Run a camera through sewer line to map out drain system [Qty 1]Task2: [LAB-1] One (1) Hour of Labor [Qty 4]Total Amount Paid: $1,270.00 Unfortunately, upon requesting the map of the drain system, we were informed that the mapping of the sewer line was actually not performed. There was no camera involved and a formal mapping of the drain system was not conducted at all. The business did eventually acknowledge that they did not perform the task [run a camera through the sewer lines to map out drain system] and that we should be refunded $500-600. The nature of the dispute is that we were promised a refund, however we have not received any refund at all. My wife and I have called their office multiple times; however we have not received any guidance on this. We have tried multiple times to resolve this issue with the front office staff over the phone, however we have been unsuccessful. Multiple attempts have been met with promises of call-backs, however we are concerned that this fraudulent charge is not being addressed in a professional manner and that they are attempting to exhaust us into giving up on retrieving our refund. The business has not tried to reconcile this issue nor have they tried to resolve the problem. We have not been able to speak to a proper accountant, supervisor, manager, etc. after multiple request.Invoice number: ********

    We apologize for any inconvenience and/or confusion. The delay was unfortunately due to a staffing turnover in our accounting office. I'm aware we just got off the phone with you and have refunded those dollars back to your credit card. Again, we apologize for any confusion or miscommunication. It was not our intention to try to sweep this under the rug. The office will reach back out in a couple of days to further ensure the refund made it to your credit card. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.

    This company was recommended as a profecient company to repair the cracked cast iron pipes under my home. First they did not completely removed all of the waste from the project. Then they agreed to pay for damages that the crew digging did while repairing the pipes. We have been corresponding about this since the job was in the final stages and I now hear nothing from them. I paid the deposit on ******** enclosed is a copy of a letter from drain works.
