Invoice #****** - Around $250 was paid in cash for the business cards Ordered on 2/14/2023 Incident Occurred on March 9th, 2023 On the above date my husband and I went into this establishment to pick up my order, upon arrival I was greeted by *****, he handed me my order and when I reviewed it I noticed it was not what we had agreed on. I told him that the lettering was not legible and there was no way I would be able to use them, I asked him if there was anyway they could remake them correctly or reimburse me. He said he could redo the order, because it was his mistake, and he would deduct a small percentage from the total price. Meaning I would still have to pay over $200 again. I told him that it was not fair, it was their mistake, not mine and I asked to speak to his manager. A woman, *******, came from the back claiming to be the store owner and was very rude. She started yelling at my husband and I that there was nothing they could do, we could either take the order as is or leave. She stated that she usually would not provide service to non-english speaking customer because things get lost in translation, mind you, I may not be fluent in english but I can definitely get my point across. I was offended and appalled at her remarks and attitude. There was no reason for her to talk to us this way, we were in no way making a scene or reaching her level of unprofessionality. When trying to contact the business again and file a complaint directly through their store owner, I was rerouted continuously to the sales clerk, *****, he claimed that his superiors told him to handle this situation. I would love nothing more than to have this situation handled accordingly, in a manner that is fair and just. $250 is no small amount, and having to pay an additional $200 is outrageous, that would be around $450 for just a couple of business cards.
