      No respect, no appreciation, you express your thoughts and feeling about the community but they show no concern, no trust after you hold the fork down for so many months and caring for the community and get the cold shoulder from all management ,I'm walking on egg shells I dont know where I fit in I just want out. its not a family what I wanted to grow within the company I was happy from the beginning now I'm always being overlook by management and mangers ,I can go on but is it worth it ,I just want someone to believe in me and trust me the company I thought I saw something different in the business it's not a family or a team.god bless you

      In May of 2023, my partner and I pre-leased a two-bedroom apartment (unit #****) and paid the deposit plus admin/application fees in the amount of $425. We scheduled to move into the new unit on July 31. On July 1, the management company changed from ******* Property Management to Foresight Asset Management. Since I had not seen the new unit, I asked to *******. I was told on several times, by phone that the management team needed to walk the unit and clean it. On July 27, *************************, the Community Director emailed to inform us that the tenant in unit **** had not vacated, this put my partner and I in a bind as we were informed of this news only FOUR DAYS BEFORE our move-out. ******* presented us with three options in which we explored moving into another unit, but they could not honor the same price ($1800-1850) that we pre-leased unit **** for. Finally, we selected option 3 which is to wait for this person to move out of unit **** on August 15 and the unit would be ready on August 22. On August 8 ******* informed us that they were moving forward with a holdover for the tenant in unit **** and that the process could take anywhere from 15 days up to a month. So, as it stands, I am currently not in a lease for my current apartment and we are not in a lease for unit ****, we are in limbo. My privacy was violated on Monday, August 8. I was working from home and was disturbed by hearing my key pad pressed and door handle turned in an attempt to walk into my unit (****). I opened the door to ask who it was and the person said this unit is supposed to be vacant. No introduction at all of who she was or why she was here, so I asked her if she was with the office and she said yes. I told her that the office team had messed up with the new unit #**** and I was waiting to move into that unit. She asked me my last name and which unit I was moving into, I answered and she walks off, I asked her what was her name AS SHE IS WALKING AWAY and she said *************************.
