    I have just started my trash services with this company. Last week on 6/4/2025 my recyclables were not picked up. I called and reported it on 6/5. I was told within 3 days they would come service my residence. Nobody came within those 3 days and now on 6/11/2025, they still have not serviced my residence. I pay for this service and they are not hauling away my trash. When I called them they just keep putting tickets in but they aren't actually picking up my trash. My can is free from obstructions and clearly visible.

    Since moving into this house in August 2022 we have had nothing but absolute problems with solid waste management. These people either leave our can or empty it only halfway. This is the final straw. I called last week for them only emptying half of my can and they had till Wednesday to pick it up. Well the day came and gone and of course they did not come. So I called today to escalate my ticket to management. Lo' and behold the *** who said she would follow-up with my ticket and make sure management called me is a liar. The ticket was closed and no supervisor or manager called me and they closed my ticket as resolved. Of course it is resolved you rude unprofessional people! Thursday is my normal pickup! I was told I would get an extra pickup, but I just keep getting the runaround. I am so disgusted at the way we are being treated when we have done absolutely nothing. I do not know if these people had a problem with the previous owners, but we are not them! I have been nothing, but polite, but now I am extremely frustrated. I am paying for this service so I expect you to do your job! You have all my tickets on file so you can see the history of our calls.
